Ralph Broke the Weekend Box Office Yet Again

 Ralph Breaks the Internet

With competition from only one new notable release this weekend, Ralph broke the weekend box office yet again, as Ralph Breaks the Internet brought in a whopping $25.7 million in its second weekend of release to bring its grand total those far to nearly $120 million.

Another holdover performed quite well as Dr. Suess' The Grinch moved up two slots to finish in second place with $17.7 million to bring its four week total to just over $200 million, while Creed II drops one spot to third place with a $16.8 million haul.

The Potter-verse continues to remain relevant as Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald stays in fourth place with an $11 million take while the Queen biopic Bohemian Rhapsody remains strong with an $8 million weekend which is good enough for fifth place and a $164 million domestic tally.Dr. Suess's The Grinch

Remaining in sixth place this week was the Mark Wahlberg family comedy Instant Family which brought in just over $7 million upping its three-week total almost $46 million.

This week's only new film to crack the top ten is the supernatural thriller/horror The Possession of Hannah Grace which failed to grace holiday season audiences as it only took in $6.5 million for its debut.

The Jamie Foxx-led Robin Hood continued to underwhelm as the film didn't even hit the $5 million mark this weekend which puts it in eight place.

Rounding out the weekend's top ten box office were the female-empowerment action/thriller Widows which hit $4.4 million in its third week and the Viggo Moretensen, Mahershala Ali drama Green Book which pulled in just short of $4 million to bring its three week total to $14 million.
