Hey, wait a minute! Didn't Leonard Nimoy retire from acting for good after his appearances on on the sci-fi series, Fringe? Yes, that was the case, operative word being "was." Apparently the veteran actor has just taken a role in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. He won't be appearing on screen however, as he'll beam up the voice of Sentinel Prime, who'll be the mentor figure for Optimus Prime in the forthcoming third installment of the Tranformers franchise.

This isn't Nimoy's first foray into the Transformers world however, as some may remember him as the voice of Galvatron, the evil leader of the Decepticons in the 1986 animated Transformers movie.
