Synopsis: Academy Award winner Russell Crowe stars in Unhinged, a timely psychological thriller that explores the fragile balance of a society pushed to the edge, taking something we’ve all experienced- road rage - to an unpredictable and terrifying conclusion. Rachel (Caren Pistorius) is running late to work when she has an altercation at a traffic light with a stranger (Crowe) whose life has left him feeling powerless and invisible. Soon, Rachel finds herself and everyone she loves the target of a man who decides to make one last mark upon the world by teaching her a series of deadly lessons. What follows is a dangerous game of cat and mouse that proves you never know just how close you are to someone who is about to become unhinged.

Take Russell Crowe's character in the upcoming theatrical release of Unhinged as an example. Credited simply as The Man, he's not only having one of the worst kind of days, but he was also just honked at by an impatient driver named Rachel (Caren Pistorius) who soon becomes the target of The Man's ire – a boiling case of road rage, in fact, which may or may not lead to an unpredictable and terrifying conclusion.

With many theaters starting to slowly open back up, Unhinged hopes to catch a wave of rebirth by becoming one of the first new films to welcome audiences back. In fact, we get this from the fledgling studio: "Unhinged marks the first new studio film to open with a wide release since the COVID-19 shutdown nearly five months ago, and we are confident that the edge-of-your-seat thriller will remind you what you’ve missed about seeing movies on the big screen."

So, there you have it. We will finally start having some new, original content coming to theaters starting this weekend and Unhinged will get the ball rolling as we try to get back to some kind of normal.
