Setting aside the fact that a second sequel isn't really needed in the first place (especially considering the quality of Men in Black II), word of production delays, rewrites, squabbles and other on-set bad mojo have put Men in Black III in a bad funk since its title was first written down on a screenwriter's notepad.
But as is the norm in Hollywood, production is trudging forward nonetheless. And today we get our first look at Will Smith and Josh Brolin on the set as Agent's J and "young" K.
The plot this time around is centered on Agent J who travels back in time to 1969 in hopes of stopping the killing of his partner, Agent K. As we know, the older Agent K is played by Tommy Lee Jones in the first two films and is credited as such in III.
Men In Black III stars Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Emma Thompson, Alice Eve, and Rip Torn, and is scheduled to hit theaters on May 25th, 2012.
